Ten things to do on a spa holiday

Some people get nervous when the idea of going to spa holiday hit them, you’re are not alone, I have experienced that too, but today, I’m enjoying it.
Spa holiday is one of the effective methods of relaxation after a stressful long spell in your official engagement. You are completely detached from all your worn-out when undergoing massaging. The response of your body after the exercise shows that your body needs it. However, before you embark on a spa holiday, you need to consider some things that will make your trip a memorable one.
Here are the ten tips that will guide you:
Body preparation

This is particularly important if you have given yourself a weight management break. Eat early at least 2 hours before any massaging or don’t eat at all. Not only for massaging, but it also allows your body system time to work before bedtime.
Select Your Spa Treatments
The major treatments are massaging, manicure pedicure, facial and body treatment. A massage will help you get rid of muscle tension, and you feel much relax.
A facial treatment is an intensive cleansing of the face. Body treatment softens the skin on your body. Most Spa centres also offer manicures and Pedicures.
Protect Your Body

Protect your body from fatigue and keep your body hydrated. If you’re in the mosquito-infested environment, protect yourself. If you have an insect bite, apply tea tree oil, good for bites.
Enjoy Your Spa Experience
Most people put-on only large towel when massaging, just to feel free. Feel relax, take deep, slow breaths before your treatment commences. Open-up for the experience and envision that your body is getting more relaxed.
Do communicate with your therapist often about your experience, body temperature and many other issues. Continue the good feeling after the massaging.
Drink plenty of water after your massaging
Eating should not proceed 6o minutes before or after the massaging. Take enough water after massaging to enhance the treatment.
EAT WELL
Eat well after relaxing up to 3 or 4 hours of massage. By then, the massaging would have worked well in your body. Junk food is entirely not acceptable, instead, go for fruits like watermelon and cucumber to detoxify your body.
SLEEP WELL
Now, that you have relaxed enough, it is expected that you will take a nap. Sleep will help you regain your body, you look healthy and refreshed.
Go for a swim
The swimming pool should be well treated, preferably jacuzzi with perfect water temperature. Swimming releases endorphins whereby you feel happy and refreshed.
Get pampered
Apart from other packages offered by these Spas, most Spas offer pampered treatment like pedicure, facial and manicure. Some go extra length of offering wacky options like Seaweed Wraps. All these offers help not only the client but promote the Spa business.
Go to the gym
Many Spas offer free gym use within the stipulated spa holidays; this implies that you can use the facility as much as you want. As long as you like going to gym, you will look good before going back home.
